About Beth Atalay

I’ve moved from New York in 1995 and worked for Walt Disney Company for 10 years as a Sales Manager also as a Convention Manager. I became a REALTOR in 2002 and left Walt Disney Company in 2005 to pursue Real Estate full time.  I have a true compassion for people.  I see my clients as part of my family and exceed their expectations in every level.

My strong negotiation skills, market knowledge and upbeat personality is what draws my clients to me.

Areas of Expertise

My strong area is to bring potential buyers to homes and generate flow of leads by marketing a home via Real Estate publications, online as well as direct marketing.  I believe in teaming up with the Sellers to get their home Sold.  I can not single handedly sell a home.  I believe the more I educate my sellers about the market and certain things we could do together to get their house show ready, the faster we will see the “Sold” sign in their yard.
